J.M. Fletcher Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has been a family-owned and operated business since 1985. Starting with humble roots, Jim and Sharon originally ran the business on their own. In 2002, their son, Chris joined the company.  Chris obtained his Master’s HVAC License in 2015. Ever since the family has slowly transitioned the business from one generation to another. In 2019, Chris became the lead in all service and operations while Jim and Sharon enjoy retirement.  The newest addition is Chris’s wife, Megan, who assists with office management and administrative duties.
